Thanksgiving week for most people consists of an overload of delicious foods and many trips for seconds and thirds but for me that was not the case. I thought that watching what I would eat would be difficult but it really wasnt to bad. I attended two different dinners with my wife’s family and my own, and it was very tempting see all that food. I do have to say that I have been feeling a little discouraged in seeing my weight decrease rather slowly and it takes a tool on the motivation. The week after thanks giving I feel really made me kick myself into high gear with doing two seperate workouts in the morning and night. I must say I am very thankful for my wife and family for supporting me and motivating me to continue down the path of a healthy lifestyle change.
