Oh man! Already in week 3. Right now I am struggling with drinking enough water. I really don’t enjoy having to go to the bathroom all day every day, but I hear it will get easier and worth it. Those pounds have to go somewhere:) My goal for week 4 is to have 8 glasses of water a day and eventually get it up to 12. (I’ll keep you updated) Start small and work your way to the top, right! I am really enjoying all the advice and support I get from the group as well as my supporters. Thanks to all, it really does help to have so many people rooting for you:) Well, I would love to stay and blog, but now I mustache!
