I feel that trying to eat healthy is a big challenge this time of year. Something that has helped me when going out to eat is to order a cup/bowl of soup instead of a full meal. I went to the Olive Garden last week and had the minestrone soup which was less than 100 cal per bowl and all the veggies and fiber really fill you up. Just be careful when it comes to the breadsticks. Make a plan ahead of time to just eat one. My goal this week is to focus on eating more vegetables.
