Well, I can honestly say that I’ve enjoyed this weight loss challenge.
I’ve enjoyed reading all your blogs; I’ve sort of enjoyed the Thursday conference calls; I’ve enjoyed e-mailing Candice my Monday weights (because each weight was lower than the previous weight – yeah!); I’ve enjoyed – and used- the information that Candice and Alicia have provided us; I’ve really enjoyed the Fitmixer Slim product and I’m going to invest in some Fitmixer Protein to see if that helps keep my protein levels high.
I’ve really enjoyed a different mind set towards diet, nutrition and exercise. It’s funny, but prior to our last conference call, I was set to ask Candice two questions: Can we please have a “free day” when we can have …. maybe …. 1500 calories instead of 1200? I know that will slow my weight loss but it’d be worth it to know that one night a week I can enjoy a whole meal and not be soooo strict. And, am I going to totally hinder my goals if I concentrate more on an hour of cardio per day and NOT spend an enormous amount of time with strength – yet? Well, Candice touched on both questions without me even having to ask. Thanks Candice.
I’m looking forward to March – when I’m doing this again and I’m looking forward to seeing y’all on Friday.
