The Holiday’s are officially over and that means no more excuses!  Its game on now and I plan to see some hard effort going in on my part…..  Gotten into some bad habits this past month with the sweets and not really following what I should be doing with the meals and foods.  Also  been sick and haven’t worked out much at all the past two weeks…

I’m excited to see what the new year will bring and finish this thing strong!

I have always been pretty young for my age, and when I ran my own business building log homes, working everyday was my workout. I didn’t have to exercise to stay in shape. Then I took a desk job and things went somewhat downhill . . . physical fitness-wise. Now I have to either control what I eat much better or I have to work out. Since I love the snacks, I have to work out and have grown to almost look forward to it. I work out hard, but have poor eating habits, so my workouts are not enough to keep me in the shape I want to be. I turn 40 this year and have made a goal to get back in shape. For me, it’s going to be more eating modifications than workouts, so I’m looking forward to it.
