
This last week I have had some pretty good moments. On Tuesday this week as I was getting dressed at the gym I was putting my belt on. This particular belt I bought because my old belt was getting to small to hold up my pants. This new belt I was probably 3 or 4 set of holes in when I first started wearing it. Well at the gym this last Tuesday as I was doing up my belt I was trying to tighten it and look down. First off I wasn’t really able to see the belt when I started this program, but I could see the belt. Second I noticed that I had run out of holes for the belt to go into. I was to skinny for the belt. Yahoo. What a good feeling.
Another good moment for me this week was last night at my soccer game. It was the first time in a long time that I didn’t feel completely pooped 5 minutes into the game. In fact last night I felt pretty good through out the entire game. Another victory for me.
The breakfast idea that I had came to me this morning. You use 1 Oro Wheat Sandwich Thin, 100 Cal. Toast the Sandwich Thins and butter using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray. Two eggs, 70 Cal each. Fry the eggs using Pam Butter Flavor Cooking spray, 0 Cal. Put about 1/2 tbls of cheese on the egg as frying it is coming to an end to melt the cheese, 24 Cal. Put the fried egg on the toasted and buttered sandwich thin, one on each half. Put about one table spoon of salsa on each egg, 5 Cal. Garnish with about one table spoon of green onions, 5 Cal. This gives a grand total of 274 Cal for the entire thing. I had this for breakfast this morning and it was great. I have added a picture so that you can get a good idea of what it actually looks like.
