Well this is my last blog. And  i just want everyone to know that it was great  i have hit my goal and very happy about that. Im going to try to lose more weight. I loved the fitmixer both flavors and also the amino. I also would like to thank Alicia and Candice for all there support.  I FEEL GREAT!

I want to work on my weight so that I can improve my health and feel great about myself. For years I was at a healthy weight, but recently I haven’t been able to keep that up. I just want to get down to a normal, healthy weight again.
