Hello everyone,
Well her we are again at the end of another week. I don’t feel like I did as well as I wanted to when it comes to the numbers on the scale this week. We will see what tomorrow/monday morning brings. No matter what I feel really good. I had a very challenging week with a lot of special occassions where eating out was necessary. I learned this week that it IS possible to eat out and still stay on my diet and eat nutritionally.
As I get closer and closer to my goal weight it is getting just a little bit harder. I am only 6 pounds from my goal weight that I set on March 1st of 2011. And now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and realize that I CAN reach that goal weight. I now fund myself say “I can” not “I think I can” I find myself wondering what comes next when I do reach that goal. I want to maintain that weight for the rest of my life, keep eating healthy and do my exercising. We will just wait and see what happens in a few more weeks.
