Last week on the caonference call, Candice mentioned how she would prefer to not have us weigh in all the time and just go by how we are feeling. I always like seeing results on the scale but this week I am definitely feeling good! I finally made it to the gym each day and got on a good workout schedule and I can tell its making a difference. I also noticed that when I feel good and feel like my body is changing even when I haven’t gotten on the scale that I am more inclined to make healthier choices. I’m excited to get on the scale tomorrow and quantify my results for this week but also excited that I can see and feel these changes and have my clothes fitting better!
