Well this last week has been a bit of a challenge for me to exercise. It’s not that I haven’t been it is that I have not been putting the effort into it that I should. I think most everyone this week has had this problem from the things that I herd on the conference call this week. Guess this is just the wall for me and I will push through it.
On a lighter note, I LOVE PICKLES. They are a the best zero calorie snack that I have found for me. They also make a great snack with some sting cheese and a few pieces of lunch meat. A pretty good snack for only 110 calories.
