Well I’m very proud of myself I made it to the end of the trial and lost 20 pounds along the way. I wanted to say thank you to everyone for giving me the tools I need to keep on going. Again I wan’t to express how much I loved my fitmixer shake and the Amino exercise drink which made this diet pretty easy. Exspecially Thanks to Candice and Alicia for all there hard work and pushing us to see it through. Well I’m a lose for words thank you and see everyone at the 5k excited to see everyone.
