I realized recently that if I want to be healthy for the rest of my life, now is the time for me to start making changes. I may be young, but that’s why I think it’s important to develop healthy habits now, so I won’t have to worry about them later on in life. That’s why I’m so excited for the fitmixer challenge, I can’t wait to get more fit and become the healthy person I want to be.
