I am interested because my doctor has been telling me that I need to drop the pounds. Also I know that with my diabetes it is better manageable if I can drop some pounds. I want to change my lifestyle so that I will be able to watch my kids grow and succeed in life. I know that I as change my lifestyle this will carry onto my family and we will all be healthier people.
