Last week it finally hit me. Calories matter! Really that is the most important part of trying to lose weight. I use to think “oh a cookie won’t hurt” or “just one piece of cake is okay” or “I worked out hard today I can have that.” Truly this just is not the case. Everything you eat either goes to assist you in your weight loss or hinder your weight loss. Everything you eat does matter! I feel like I am finally getting this whole thing and I am finally in a good place to see results. It is too bad this ahh moment came toward the end of the study, but I have my whole like to keep this lifestyle change going!
