The work outs at the gym have been going well. Cardio and weights. I enjoy it.
I have turned down a lot of the holiday goodies. I have sampled a little though. Just
being more smart about it.
I have not lost much weight in the last two weeks. Not too worried though. Hopefully
I am adding muscle.
Have a good week everyone and be strong. Enjoy a little sweets just dont over do it
and hit the gym.
